巴黎•北京摄影空间本次名为《化身》的展览很高兴地展出黑月，李日韦，刘勃麟这三位艺术家的作品。化身作为人来讲有抽象的一面，可以体现一种想法或对某种事物的疑问，不过在这里，它显然是通过这些艺术家们的肢体语言并以拟人化的方式来探讨当今社会中的种种问题。
他们都毫无保留地运用自己的身体进行艺术创作。一种充满符号与象征的艺术，其希望表现的主题、想法或对事物的疑问大都相似，在他们作品之中，我们发现了一种强烈的决心，其整合了对一些社会问题以及权威的批评，这些问题会威胁到国家与我们的未来。
黑月，李日韦与刘勃麟的行为艺术摄影作品曾在世界各地不同国家展出并获得强烈反响。巴黎•北京摄影空间本次展出的作品范围较广，多为新近作品或代表作品。

The Paris-Beijing Photo Gallery is proud to present the works of Hei Yue, Li Wei and Liu Bolin in the group show « Incarnations ». Incarnation as a person is the manifestation of an abstract notion through human characteristics; here, it is evidently the social and political scopes that are personified through the artists’ bodies.
The three artists share the same aspiration to create art using their own bodies. Filled with symbolism, the artworks reveal a fierce criticism of politics, authority and propaganda as well as the determination to denounce social issues that are tearing their country apart and could jeopardize the future, its future, our future…
The performance photographs of Hei Yue, Li Wei and Liu Bolin have been shown and acclaimed worldwide in countless institutions and medias. The Paris-Beijing Photo Gallery will show a wide selection of their most recent and distinguished works.
