简彼得,这位艺术家出生在荷兰(艾恩德霍芬,1941年)。在艾恩德霍芬工业设计学院完成学业之后,简彼得开始做绘画和雕塑教师的职业。
作为波希米亚人,他的天性使他认识到他的真正归宿是成为一个自由的灵魂,创造他自己的情感世界。他将自己从教育的重担中释放出来,强烈地意识到自己作为荷兰和法国丰富悠久的绘画传统的一部分,发展了一种新的、与印象派和野兽派紧密联系的绘画风格。对色彩的大量运用、与物品和模型的强烈关系、画笔与粉笔的快速移动都显示了他对生活本身的无条件妥协。
他的绘画是对艺术、人类和文化无限热爱的宣言。他的梦想是创造一种通用的语言,每一个希望了解生命真谛的人都能够理解它:为全人类将世界变成一个更好的地方。有些绘画作品的灵感来源于中国的古诗。简彼得告诉我们灵感和创作都源于一个地方:我们所有人内心中对美的崇敬。或者可以把它叫做热爱。
“爱你”是展览的标题,“爱你”是要传递的信息,“爱你”就是简彼得。

Jan Peter Van Opheusden Solo exhibition Press Releases
Jan Peter Van Opheusden was born in the Netherlands ( Eindhoven 1941)After finishing his studies at the academy for industrial design an arts in E indhoven, Jan peter started his career as a teacher of drawing and sculpting.
Being a bohemian by nature he realized that his true destination was an existence as a free spirit, creating his own emotional environment. Unleashing himself from educational burdens bout in every aspect aware of being part of a rich and long lasting Dutch and French painting tradition, he developed a style of painting
Strongly related to impressionism and fauvism,his abundant use of color, his emphatic relationship with his subjects and models ,the rapid movement of his brushes and crayons show his unconditional surrender to life itself.
His paintings are a testimony of love for art itself as well as peoples and cultures his dream is creating a universal language understood by everyone willing to absorb what life is all about making this world a better place for all of us.
Some of his paintings were inspired by ancient Chinese poems. Jan Peter Van Opheusden tells us that inspiration and creation emerge from the same well:
