北京高氏兄弟艺术中心（原北京新锐艺术计划）位于北京朝阳区798
工厂大山子艺术区，由艺术家高氏兄弟于2004年底创办主持，以推介中国当代新锐艺术，促进中外视觉艺术的交流与合作为宗旨。2007年4月于位于大山子艺术区中心地段798路设立“第二空间”举办具有实验精神的新锐艺术家的个展及当代艺术家群展。
