丁嘎

经历

噶雪村是西藏历史上有名的嘎玛嘎直唐卡画派之乡，父亲格勒顿珠与舅舅嘎玛得勒是嘎玛嘎直唐卡画派的知名画师，舅舅嘎玛得勒是嘎玛嘎直唐卡画派第十八代传承人。

1982年起在舅舅嘎玛得勒处学习嘎玛嘎直唐卡画派的知识

1984年正式成为舅舅嘎玛得勒的传人

1994年与舅舅一起受到了昌都嘎玛寺等13座寺庙的邀请，专门为各寺绘画了文殊菩萨等唐卡及壁画，并开始传授弟子；

1998至今受特邀到西藏拉姆拉绰唐卡艺苑担任唐卡绘画老师，后来成为了该艺苑最著名的唐卡绘画大师之一。在唐卡艺苑期间继承了嘎玛嘎直画派技艺；挖掘了西藏早期噶当派的绘画技能；创新了多派新唐卡绘画艺术。

(Born in May, 1974)

Gazho village is a well known birth place of Karma Gardri tradition in Tibetan history.

Both his father, Geleg Dondrub and uncle Karma Delek were very famous Kharma Gardri tradition painters. Uncle Karma Delek was the 18th successor of Khama Gardri tradition.

He was apprenticed to his uncle Karma Delek in 1982.

He became the lineage holder of his uncle in 1984.

He and his uncle were invited to thirteen monasteries including Chamdo Karma

temple in 1994. They accomplished a great number of Thankas and mural project such as the Thanka of Manjushri. They started to recruit as many students as possible since then.

Since 1998, he was invited by Lhamo Latsho Art World as a teacher. Gradually, he became one of the most famous teachers of the Art World. During his teaching experience, Karma Gardri tradition was stably inherited and well reflourished with in different styles.

Exhibitions:

He used to participate in the Third and Forth International Culture Expo of China.

In Aug, 2010, He participated in the First Thanka Art Fair of Tibet Autonomous Region.

He was elected as the first-grade Thanka painter of TAR.

He was elected as the autonomous-region grade successor of Karma Gardri Painting Tradition, ICH of China.
