叶强 1993年起，曾分别供职于珠海巨人集团、深圳黎明网络公司、华为公司；2002年出任雅昌艺术网公司的总经理，为雅昌网的发展奠定了坚实的基础，目前该网站是国内最大的专业艺术网站；2006年创办北京天禄琳琅公司(Artvip Co.,LTD.)。2009年参与深圳文化产权交易所的筹建和创办工作，是深圳文化产权交易所交易模式的主要设计者之一。2010年3月被聘为深圳文化产权交易所的特别顾问，同时天禄琳琅公司成为深圳文化产权交易所的授权交易商。2009年参与创立中立艺术策略有限公司(Middle Art Co.,LTD)，并任总经理。
